It all started in Morocco.  I had no computer, no telephone, no television -- but I did have drawing paper.  I began drawing portraits from photos I'd taken in during my travels.   I didn't even know I could do this so it was a pleasant surprise.  Included here are just a sampling of some of my favorites -- an old Berber woman from Morocco, a young Burmese novice, a hill tribe girl from Thailand, a grandmother from Bali, and a little boy from the Philippines.
